Scott Thompson

President

Scott Thompson is president of PayPal with overall responsibility for establishing PayPal as the leading global online payment service. Scott previously served as PayPal's senior vice president and chief technology officer, where he oversaw information technology, product development and architecture for PayPal.
Prior to PayPal, Scott worked for Inovant, a subsidiary of Visa formed to oversee global technology for the organization. As executive vice president of technology solutions at Inovant, he was responsible for all development, support and maintenance of Visa's global payment system.
Scott was also chief information officer of Barclays Global Investors, where he implemented a new strategic technology platform and global infrastructure. In addition, he has worked with Coopers and Lybrand, delivering information technology solutions to leading financial services clients such as Wells Fargo.
Scott received a bachelor's in accounting and computer science from Stonehill College. He serves on the board of directors of F5 Networks Inc. and Zuora Inc.


Ranjana Clark

Senior Vice President, Chief Customer and Marketing Officer, PayPal

Ranjana Clark is the senior vice president, chief customer and marketing officer for PayPal. In this role, she is focused on global marketing, insight and customer experience. She is responsible for the customer insights, analytical capabilities and brand development that are essential to PayPal's business.
Ranjana has 26 years of extensive business and payments experience including leadership positions at Western Union, Wachovia and Wells Fargo. Most recently, she served in a dual role as president of Western Union's global payments business and head of global strategy. As the chief marketing officer at Wachovia, she developed a fully integrated marketing division focused on insight, innovation, brand development, customer loyalty and acquisition. During nearly two decades at Wachovia, Ranjana was a member of the operating committee and also served as head of the treasury services division, head of strategic planning and head of capital markets strategic development. Prior to that, she spent five years with Deutsche Bank in Mumbai.
Ranjana received MBAs from Duke University and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad; and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delhi. She has been recognized repeatedly as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance by Treasury & Risk Management magazine, as well as U.S. Banker magazine’s 25 Women to Watch list.


Patrick Dupuis

Chief Financial Officer

Patrick Dupuis is chief financial officer of PayPal, where he is responsible for leading the company's financial planning and management on a global basis. Patrick brings more than 25 years of corporate financial experience to the company, along with extensive expertise in business development and operations.
Prior to joining PayPal, Patrick was the global chief financial officer for Sitel, one of the largest international call center outsourcing providers, where he oversaw the finance, tax and treasury functions, investor relations and real estate. Previously, he was vice president and CFO of BJC Healthcare, one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States. Patrick also spent 20 years in a variety of senior leadership positions at GE, including vice president and CFO for GE Healthcare, a $10 billion division; and vice president and general manager of GE Capital International Services.
Patrick is a graduate of Ecole de Management de Lyon in France


Dianne Mills

Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Dianne Mills is senior vice president of human resources (HR) for PayPal Inc. As the HR partner to PayPal's president and executive team, she drives HR strategy and builds high-performance teams which enable a growing and dynamic global payments business. Dianne leads a global team of professionals across multiple disciplines, responsible for organizational development, change management, talent development, learning, compensation and staffing for PayPal's more than 8,000 employees worldwide.
With more than 25 years experience in business and human resources functions, Dianne brings unique perspective to her role as the global head of HR for PayPal. Before joining PayPal, Dianne served as the head of customer experience and operations for Bank of America's card services.
Previously, Dianne was senior vice president of international HR for Bank of America, where she managed a diverse team of 150 HR associates across 20 countries, supporting over 13,000 employees outside the U.S. Prior to that role, she was the HR executive for Bank of America's global technology organization, where she supported more than 18,000 associates in 32 countries.
Dianne has also held numerous leadership positions in card operations, marketing and commercial banking.
She received a bachelor of science degree in finance from Virginia Tech


Rupert Keeley

Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific


Rupert Keeley is the Senior Vice President for the Asia Pacific region of PayPal. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for increasing the company’s presence and capabilities across Asia Pacific, capitalizing on the explosive growth of e-commerce and m-commerce.
Keeley has more than 30 years of banking and payments experience and was formerly Visa’s group executive and president of the Asia Pacific and CEMEA regions. In his 11-year career with Visa, he held a number of management roles including president of Asia Pacific and global head of strategy and corporate development. Prior to joining Visa in 1999, Keeley held a number of senior management positions with Standard Chartered pl c based in London, Singapore and the Middle East. He started his career at Giro bank pl c in London.
Keeley holds a MBA from the City University Business School in London and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester, England.
